How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your product arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@teron.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
