2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or modification will not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
